Soles & Suds – Refund Policy
Because we provide labour-based cleaning and restoration services, all sales are considered final once work has begun.
Each job is personalised, time-intensive, and cannot be reversed or “returned” in the traditional sense.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction due to natural material limitations
Damage caused by age, oxidation, or previous wear
Colour variances on suede/leather
Any result already outlined as a limitation within our Terms & Conditions
If we are unable to complete a job safely after assessing it in person, we will return the shoes and provide a full refund of any payment taken.
If you believe we have made an error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your completed service and we will review your case.
